Annotatsiya

The article analyzes the current state and key problems of corporate lending to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Uzbekistan. It examines the dynamics of bank lending, government support measures, and the participation of international financial institutions. The main constraints identified are the insufficient financial transparency of borrowers, the imperfection of creditworthiness assessment, and the weak development of factoring and leasing. Measures are proposed for introducing alternative scoring and expanding credit guarantees.
